I know your probably thinking that there is no way a brownie can be 60* calories and taste good. Well let me stop you there, these are the perfect sweet treat to satisfy those sudden chocolate cravings. They taste fudgey, slightly gooey and very very chocolatey, who said healthy foods can’t be tasty!?
*Calories are based on the ingredients I have used and also on the basis that 1 brownie bite = 60 calories
If you’re a peanut butter addict, like myself, then cut one in half and sandwich together which a good layer of PB.
Ingredients (makes 9 brownie bites)
180g No/low fat yogurt (I used Onken vanilla no fat yoghurt)
60ml Skimmed milk (or almond/soy)
64g Cocoa powder
43g Wholegrain rolled oats
64g Truvia sweetener (or any other granulated sweetener)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Basically this is the easiest recipe in the world. Preheat oven to 180°C. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into cupcake cases/silicone cases and bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes. (14 minutes for an extra gooey brownie/16 for a more fudgey brownie) Remove from the oven and leave to cool. And that’s it!
